Original 1st printing 8 x 10&5/8" 10-page concert program for the 10/27/1995 Grand Opening of the Family Dog at the Maritime Hall in San Francisco, CA. featuring Gregg Allman, Iron Butterfly and Zero.
 
 Art by Jim Phillips, program (medium glossy coated index card stock cover with xeroxed paper interior) is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a bit of handling and a thin vertical crease on the cover and some of the xerox ink on the interior pages has started to break apart, but overall it's in presentable shape. 
 
Cool mid-'90's Gregg Allman item with a GREAT design.
